Coval acquires Urban Hearth

Varennes, January 23, 2023 - Maison D.F. Inc., doing business as Coval, announces the acquisition of Urban Hearth. Coval will officially become the owner on February 1, 2023. “We are happy and enthusiastic to contribute to the creation of a synergy between the territories of Quebec and Ontario in our industry.
