About the Job : Territory Sales Manager (GTA & Western Ontario)

Company Description

 

Urban Hearth, a company of Coval, is a hearth and BBQ distributor specialized in mid to high-end products. We sell exclusively to specialty stores, in a B2B business model. We are looking for a sales professional to manage the large growth potential we have in an established territory. This is a role that includes both opening new dealers and supporting existing dealers to help them grow their business with our products.

 

Responsibilities

 

The territory sales manager reports directly to the VP of sales and will be responsible for developing and maintaining Urban Hearth’s business relationship with its customers; to execute the sales strategies and develop more specific ones in your territory. The territory sales manager will supervise the territory of the GTA and Western Ontario.

 

Task description

 

  • Represent the company to existing and/or potential customers
  • Present, promote and sell products to existing and/or potential customers
  • Assess customer needs and carry out regular follow-ups
  • Achieve sales goals and achieve targeted results
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other internal departments
  • Analyze the potential of the territory and the market, monitor customer sales with different reports
  • Keep a CRM up to date
  • Advise, inform and train our customers on our products, current offers and the various sales support tools
  • Maximize the presence of our products in our customers’ showrooms
  • Develop and implement sales strategies with our customers to maximize our mutual success
  • Help our customers during special events
  • Perform demonstrations to customers and at events

 

Qualifications

 

  • Communication and Customer Service skills
  • At least 4 years of experience in sales
  • Familiar with software programs such as ERP and CRM
  • Strategic selling in a B2B environment
  • Training and Team Leadership abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets
  • Ability to travel within the designated territory
